hi my names jema and im 28yrs living in the uk just wanting some advice im type 1 diabetic and have been for 27yrs i have kidney damage which through this 3 specialists have advised me it would be too dangerous for me to go ahead with a natural pregnancy ive been with my partner james for nearly 8yrs and have a very stable happy relationship so as you can imagine getting this news was heartbreaking is anyone else going throught he same thing and can anyone tell me the first steps towards surrogacy
