Friendly Surrogacy Law: In Ukraine, compensated surrogacy is legal.
The Intended Parents get birth certificate into their name(s), in case

Surrogacy is not legal for single fathers in the Ukraine- this is incorrect and misleading.

Only married hetrosexual couples can proceed there. For UK couples having the surrogates name on the birth certificate is important as difficulties can arise when applying for the Parental Order.

Ukraine is a popular destination for surrogacy and therefore legal steps must be adhered to closely when considering surrogacy. All IP's should check with their legal advisor/consulate before committing to make sure of the steps required to bring the baby home.

For singles and gay couples, USA, Armenia or India are viable choices, depending on the laws of your home state or country.

It is not correct.   The process of obtaining Pre-Birth certificate for married couples in Ukraine is simple and streightforward.  We will assist couples from UK and USA with obtaining birth certificate into their own names.

In case of single males, surrogacy laws are not directly applicabable. Initially, the birth certificate is obtained into both, Biological father and Surrogate mother's names.  Later, the Surrogate mother's name is removed from the Birth certificate.  It is the way how this procedure is done in the most states in the USA .
