Yes, Surrogacy is well organised in Armenia and the legislation is very favourable for Intended Parents. Married couples, singles and gay parents are all able to proceed there. Surrogacy in total costs 25,500 USD. If you need an egg donor the total is 30,000 USD. Payments are in stages, so this is only the total with the baby handed over.
