Hi I am new tos surrogacy, and I have no idea where to start. I am engaged and I have a 12 month old daughter. I know that I want to be a surrogate mother, there is no doubt about that. I would prefer to stay here in Georgia, but i'm willing to travel to TN, FL, AL, or SC. I am 21, in great health, no pregnacy complications, my daughter was full term, and I have lots of support from my family and friends. I want to do gestational surrogacy and I am also willing to donate my eggs. I want to help couples have a family and to be happy parents, so if anyone has some advice I will greatly appreciate it!! Well, first off, let me say congrats on your decision!

One thing to start is to look for an agency in your neck of the woods or you can find one online close to you. You don't have to visit the agency directly, not like the clinic you will use.

This is a big decision as well. Most agencies require a lower BMI, not being on State aid, having at least one healthy child w/out complications and blah blah. Not to say you do not qualify, just sayin I applied at a few places and one declined me because I didn't make enough money.
