Surrogacy is illegal in Austria, Germany, Sweden and Norway.

It is very common with adopted children and adults in Sweden today.
More than 40 000 children have been adopted from other countries during
more than 30 years, and every year about 800 children from all over the
world come to Sweden.

And Mormor ask: Why have I black grandchild? . . .

I´m not a racist, but I would much more happier if I own a baby who look like a little of mine. Have you the same viewpoint?

I wish to find a nice and successful Swedish man I could bring to birth his own baby. I´m agree to give to you your parents rights. Only I need to be in familiar friendship with you to see your baby sometimes. I have a very beautiful daughter already and I´m very happy about her! If you get interested in my intent, you are welcome to ask more from surrogam(at)gmail dot com . I hope that the surrogacy in Scandinavia will actual one day as adoption right now.
