the serogate that contacted me does not want me to enlist the help of legal paperwork, she says that because she is picking my husband and I as the IP's that our names will be on the birth cert. making us the legal parents.  She is planning on going thru IUI to get pregnant using a sperm bank.  She also had no set fee for compensation she let me be honest with her about what I felt my husband and I could afford.  I thought that with surogacy that a home study had to be done and it is not recognized in all states.  any advice from a lawyer would be good

im a surrogate and myself and my IP's just found out that we have to have a pre birth order. we used a contract and have a legal contract, is our "case worker" suppose to do this? we have called and email to ask but no responce yet.

go figure, our company is the worst (spct)
