Thank you! I had my first conference call with my agency and an IF. I think it went really well.  I'm just impatiently waiting to hear back from my agency.  Ugh.

I got a call from my agency yesterday.  She hadn't talked to the IF yet, she wanted to get my thoughts first.  She thought it went very well.  She said she was extremly impressed with my questions and how I made myself very clear on my thoughts and expectations.  She told me if this IF didn't want me she was making it her top priority to find me the perfect IP's.  That made me feel really good!  I'm very confident with this agency.  I'm amazed at how some show interest in you and then never call back.  Thanks for everyones support!  It's nice to have a place to come where people understand.

Heard back from my agency.  The IF loved me, thought we had a great connection.  He just can't get passed the fact that I won't reduce/terminate.  So no match:(

I'm so sorry that there wasn't a match. But, I think you'll find someone soon. It's very important to find the right match and it's good that you stick to your opinion and what you believe in.
