Mother of 4, adopted first 3 in 2005, gave birth to youngest in 2007, will be fostering/adopting 2 more in the next year or so. Wife to Layne who is a very understanding dad to the kids and partner to me. We are best friends who laugh a bunch.
My heart aches for those that want to have children but can't physically carry or give birth without endangering their lives.
I'm 37 and my body is physically able and ready to give birth again. Having Liam at 35, vaginally and without medicinal assistance, showed me that age is just a number. I keep active and eat healthy. I don't smoke, ever. I don't drink alcohol or caffeine while pregnant. I don't do drugs of any kind except for pre-natal vitamins while pregnant and breastfeeding or the occasional ibuprofen for cramping or headaches while not pregnant.
I'm 5'6", 195, BMI 31, brown hair, grey/green/blue eyes, no significant health history in the family, and I'm disease free. Recent lab work is done and results are good.
I live in Arizona but I'm willing and able to work with families everywhere. I want to have the intended parents involved in every way they can be up to and including "catching" your baby. I have insurance that will cover everything but home delivery but I'm willing to do that as well.
I have no restrictions on what kind of family I will work with. Who decides what a "family" is anyway? Our family does not fit any stereotype as it includes kids through foster/adoption/birth, parents that are lesbian, transgender, and loving!
I do expect compensation but will work with your budget as this is not about the money for me. I want to give the gift of life to those that want it most.
Please contact me if you think we might be a good match. I look forward to hearing from you!
